Hello Jose, A very good design can be seen in progress. Uploading plans and layouts would give better idea of how the circulation works in terms of hierarchy.
Certain ways in which you can work further on your hierarchy would be: - Volumetrics of the programs - Public and semi private spaces - Also certain programs that would be more symbolic of the design and context... for example maybe you would want the dance studio to stand out more from the outside in comparison to gym or vice versa... and that would help you evolve a language that would create iconic architecture on the site.
It is a good progress definitely! I am still not sure why would you elevate it so high. Using two transparent facades and allowing one to see though your building it will also make the floating effect (if it is the one you would like). I would really like to see some plans. I am interested in the program of the blue tube and the grey planes as well.
